Restaurants and dining at Soekarno-Hatta Airport

Dining at the airport covers the full range, from quick-service counters and Indonesian favourites to cafés and full-service restaurants, landside and airside.

What to expect

  • Indonesian — noodles, rice dishes and local specialities, at counters and in full-service restaurants.
  • International — Western, Japanese, Korean and Southeast Asian outlets, plus coffee chains.
  • Quick service — fast food, sandwiches, coffee and bakeries in the public halls and airside.
  • Airside dining — restaurants and bars after security, in the departure areas of each terminal.

Where to eat

  • Terminal 1 — cafés and restaurants in the public halls of sub-terminals A, B and C.
  • Terminal 2 — dining in the public halls of sub-terminals D, E and F.
  • Terminal 3 — the largest choice, on the commercial levels of the largest terminal.
  • Transit areas — food outlets between the gates, after security, in each terminal.
  • Airport hotels — the five-star Sheraton hotel (227 rooms) inside the airport complex and the hotels at Terminals 1, 2 and 3 also have restaurants.

Opening hours

Food outlets in the transit areas follow the flight schedule and are busiest in the early morning and late evening; outlets in the public halls open from early morning until late. Ask the information desk for the current hours.

Tips

  • Most outlets serve halal-certified food; certificates are displayed at the counter.
  • Carry some Indonesian rupiah for smaller counters; cards are widely accepted at major outlets.
  • Outlets are busiest around the morning and evening departure waves; allow extra time.
